Jr. Development
2 HOURS PER WEEK

Junior Development is skill level based and open to all ages.
Development
4 HOURS PER WEEK
When a Jr. Development diver shows potential and wants to commit to additional hours of training per week, the head coach will invite them to join the Development team. Divers are introduced to competitions and more specialized and advanced dives, including the addition of dryland trampoline training. Divers will utilize the 1m and 3m boards.
The Development Team is skill level based, but is usually for divers aged 6-9 years.
Novice
4.5 HOURS PER WEEK
Novice level divers are ready to progress from the Development team, but do not want to commit to the training hours of the competitive teams and may not be interested in competing. The Novice team is the perfect in-between for those looking to train three days a week. Divers have the opportunity to advance their dives and have dryland trampoline training, without the intensive training program of the competitive teams. Divers will utilize the 1m and 3m boards.
The Novice team is skill level based, but usually for divers aged 10-16.
Jr. Competitive
6.75 HOURS PER WEEK
The Junior Competitive team is for divers who have progressed through the Development team and are ready and committed to increase their training, as well as the level of difficulty of their diving. Divers train four times a week, including dryland core, trampoline, and water training. Divers will compete in provincial-based dive meets. Divers will utilize the 1m and 3m boards and 5m platform.
The Junior Competitive team is skill level based, but usually for divers aged 9-13.
Competitive
9.75 HOURS PER WEEK
The Competitive team is our most advanced diving team, training 5 days a week and competing at both provincial and national dive meets. Training is a combination of gym, dryland core, trampoline and pool training. Divers will utilize the 1m and 3m boards and 5m, 7.5m, and 10m platforms.
The Competitive team is skill level based, but usually for divers aged 13-18.
